Q: 針線 的 張 力太 緊 ？
A: (1.) 把針線 張力 適度 調 整。
( 2.) 把 針線的 線路 調整 在 最 高位 置， 使針 線的 勾線
器的 針線 放出 量減 少。
( 3.) 把 線路左 傾一 點， 以 增 加勾針 的線 放出 量。
Q: The tension of the needle thread is too tight?
A: (1.) Loose the tension of the needle thread properly.
(2.) Adjust the line of the needle thread to the highest
position, so that the release amount of the
needle thread from thread hooking will decrease.
(3.) Lean the line to left a little to increase the
release amount of the looper thread.
Q: 右勾 針 與車 針 的 間隙 太大 ？
A: 右 勾針 向右退 後時 ，和車針的 問隙 必須為0.1mm 乃
使用 正 規 的右勾 針。 （備有 單針、雙針 、 厚 料、 薄
料 用各機 種 最合適的 右勾 針）

A: When the right looper turn right and backward, the
distance to the needle has to be 0.1 mm, which is
using the correct right looper. (The appropriate right
looper for each type, such as single need, 2 needles,
materials, and thin fabrics, are included)
Q: 雙針 時， 右勾針與 左 針的問隙大 ？
A: 由於 右 勾針 安裝 時的左右位 置 以及右勾針 座上 下運
動 位置之 雙方關 係， 予以調整在 勾 針的運 動軌 跡，
在 右 勾針下降 時， 將左針 到右針的 下降 量予 以減
。

of the right looper while assembling and the
up/down moving position of the right looper seat,
adjust the movement path of the looper. When the
right looper descends, decrease the descending
amount from left needle to right needle.

左右 勾針 交叉 時 ，右勾針不 會勾 到左勾 針線 ？
A:
換新 左 勾針 。（ 左勾針尖端 磨 損，要修 正時 ，不 得
把 頭部 凸出 處予 以磨低（ 磨薄 ）。
Q: The right looper didn't hook the left looper
thread while they are crossing each other?
A: Change the new left looper. (The top of the left
looper is worn. When fix and replace, the
protrusion of the looper top shall not be worn.

A:
換 新 勾針或用油 石 把尖端磨 尖。

A: Change a new looper or use the oil stone to wear
the top.
