打開 縫 紉機 電 源 ，此 時 電眼 感 測器 之
電 源 指 示 燈 為綠 燈， 感 應狀 態指 示 燈
為橙 燈 ， 且 兩 燈 為 恆 亮狀 態 ，若此 時電 源
指示 燈 或 感 應 狀 態 指示 燈 之任 何一 燈
號 呈 現 滅 的 狀 態 ， 則需 調整 電 眼感 測器 與
工 作 平 台 呈 平 行 方向 ， 再依 需 求調整 整
電 眼 感 測器 之前 後 位置 ， 直至 兩燈 為 恆
亮 狀 態 ， 再 鎖 緊 固 定螺 絲
以 待 縫 製物 測 試 ， 放入 縫 製物時 ，感
(橙燈)為 滅的 狀 態， 表 示
應 狀 態 指 示 燈
目前 已 檢 測 到縫 製 物； 移 除縫 製物時 ， 感
(橙燈)會 再度亮 起 。
應 狀 態 指 示 燈
若 電眼 感測 器 靈 敏 度 有些 許誤 差 ，可
按住 操 作 按鈕 ，持續 至兩 燈 號亮 起， 即
表 示 電 眼 感 應 器 已 成 功 判 讀布 料種 料。
以上述方式 反覆測試 電眼感測 器數
次， 若皆呈正 常動作，即表 示已調整完
成 ，此時即可開 始進行縫作業 。
電眼感測 器為光 電反射原理 ，若遇下
列 布料(註 1)可能 會造成 誤判， 建議將此 電
眼 感測器 功能 關閉。
註 1 :易造 成誤判之 布料:
※ 網格 布料
※ 反光 布料
註 2 :出廠 時皆 已正 確調校 。
註 3 :電 眼調校需使 用淺色 布料 或白色布料
做調整， 若使用 深色布料， 電眼會出
現對比 度過高 之情形，易 導致電 眼 誤
判問 題產生 。
