3.控 制 箱 規 格 說 明
(1)產 品 主 要 動 作 與 保 護 功 能 說 明
本 產 品 為 工 業 縫 紉 機 數 控 交 流 伺 服
電 機 驅 動 系 統 ， 藉 由 數 位 化 控 制 ，
使 縫 紉 機 具 急 升 、 急 降 、 精 準 定
位 。 另 外 ， 本 產 品 提 供
DC12V/40mA縫 紉 機 照 明 燈 用 。 最 後
為 確 保 使 用 者 安 全 ， 本 產 品 保 護 功
能 如 下 ： 高&低 電 壓 報 警 、 驅 動 模 組
過 溫 報 警 、 電 機 編 碼 器 異 常 報 警 、
過 電 流 報 警 、 電 機 或 機 台 堵 轉 報
警 。
(2) 注 意 事 項 ：
a.進 行 以 下 行 為 時 ， 必 須 將 系 統 電 源
關 閉
*移 除 市 電 。
*控 制 器 插 拔 任 何 接 頭 時
*機 台 或 控 制 器 維 修 時
b.關 閉 電 源 後 ， 請 於30秒 後 再 重 新 送
電 。
控 制 箱 故障 排除(簡易 型)
警 示L E D為 綠 色 燈 表 示 控 制 器 正 常 運 作 ，
紅 燈 表 示 控 制 器 異 常 ， 使 用 者 可 以 藉 由
五 秒 內 閃 燈 的 次 數 判 斷 問 題 發 生 的 原
因 ， 如 下 表 所 示 ：

(1)Product main function and protecting
function
This product is operated with digital AC
servo motor driving system, controlled
digitally to facilitate user operation, along
with the function of lifting and lowering the
sewing machines, precise positioning
function.In addition, this product provides
DC12V/40mA for sewing machine lightings.
Finally, to ensure user safety, the product
protecting functions are as follows: high &
low voltage alarm, driver module over-
temperature alarm, motor encoder error
alarm, over-current alarm, motor stall alarm
or machine.
(2)Notes
a.Turn off power supply when performing
following actions
*Remove the power supply
*Plugging controller into any connector
*Maintaining machines or controll ers
b.After the power is turned off, please wait
for 30 seconds to return the power.

TROUBLESHOOTING
(SIMPLE TYPE)
Green color LED represents the controller is
working well and the red color represents the
abnormal controller. User can determine the
cause by observing the blinking frequencies
within 5 seconds. (Table4)
