送 具 調 整
1.送 具高 度 調整 (圖32)
(1)轉 動皮 帶 輪使 送具 上 升至針 板 上 最 高
點。
( 2)放鬆 螺絲 ， 上下 移動 主 送具 ， 使
其齒 面 高出針 板面 約0.7 ~ 0.9mm ，
鎖 緊螺 絲 。
( 3)放 鬆螺 絲 ， 上 下 移 動差動 送具
其 齒面 高出 針板 面約0.7 ~ 0.9mm 鎖
緊螺 絲 。
2.送 具 水 平 調 整 (圖33)
(1)送 具齒 的 齒 面 在 運 轉 的 循 環 中 ， 必須
保 持 針 板 面 呈 水平 。
( 2)調 整 時 放 鬆 螺 絲 ， 旋 轉 後 支 軸
面呈 水 平後 固 定螺 絲
