在 進行 故障 查 詢之 前， 請 先 關閉 電源並 拔出 電源 插 頭， 否 則如 果誤 觸啟動 開關 ，
縫 紉機會 動作， 易 導 致人身 傷 害。

檢 查及調 整 Exam and Adjustment
Q: 針 線 張 力是 否過 大 或 過小？
A: 調 整 針線 張力 。
Q: The tension of the needle thread is too loose or to tight?
A: Adjust the needle thread tension
Q: 車 針 的 選 擇 不對 ？
A: 選 擇 配合 布料 的車 針 與 縫線 號碼 。
Q: Choose the wrong needle?
A: Select the needle and thread number match the fabrics
Q: 車 針 不良 ？
A: 換 新 車 針 。
Q: Bad needle?
A: Change a new needle
Q: 車 針與 左 勾針 尖 端 之間 有 間 隙？
A: 調 整 左 勾針 尖端 與車 針之 間隙 為0~0.05mm
Q: Any clearance between the needle and the top of the left
looper?
A: Adjust the distance from the top of the left looper to the
needle to be 0~0.05mm
Q: 張 力 調 整 小彈簧 不起 作用？
A: (1.) 小 彈簧 不起 作用 時，要 把彈簧 拉緊 一點 。（ 注意 ）拉 太
長則 會 發生斷 線 。
(2.) 張 力 調整 體發 生 溝槽 時，則須更 換新 調 整 盤。
Q: The small spring of tension adjustment does not function?
A: (1.) If the small spring does not function, pull it to be more
tightened. (Note) The broken thread will happen if pull
the spring too tight.
(2.) If there is any groove existing on the tension adjusting
plate, please change a new one.
