Adjust Stacker Height and Distance: Executive Mode

The top chart is used to determine the distance to set between the stacker deck and the printer output
roller. This is done by adjusting the height of the stand.
The bottom chart is used to determine the distance from the stacker to the output roller. This is done
by moving the stacker closer or farther from the printer output roller.
