Jams
If mail pieces jam in the Stacker, the circuit breaker switch will auto- matically shut the Stacker off. DO
NOT press the power switch. With the Stacker off, clear the jam and any remaining mail pieces. Wait 1
to 2 minutes before pressing the circuit breaker switch. The Stacker will power back up automatically
when you press the circuit breaker switch.
Smudged Addresses
You can lift or slide any of the hold down rollers or springs where heavily printed areas of your
envelopes may be smudged by running under the rollers/springs. Lift the roller/spring slightly and turn
knob to lock in place away from the conveyor belt.
NOTE: To assure the envelopes travel properly through the Stacker, they must pass under the rollers
and springs.
