REASSEMBLY
1. Secure the radial ball bearing inner race using a pipe or
equivalent material of the following dimensions.
OD: Approx. 20 mm (0.8 in) or less
ID: Approx. 13 mm (0.5 in) or more
Height: Approx. 60 mm (2.4 in)
2. Install the clutch outer using a hydraulic press.
After installation, check whether the clutch outer turns
smoothly.
3. Set the external circlip in the groove of the clutch outer shaft
securely with the chamfered side toward the radial ball bearing.
