KWIK LOADER CUTTING-LINE HEAD
To load, push the trimmer line into the housing until a minimum of 6 mm
(0.25 in) length is exposed in the inner housing. Do this equally for both
sides.
The line will only move in one direction. Pull the trimmer line through
the inner housing to unload.
Recommended line
6. DRIVE CABLE
1. Clean around the frame pipe at the gear case end or the engine
end before starting work to prevent dirt from entering the drive
cable and bushing area.
Refer to "FRAME ASSEMBLY / HANDLEBAR" on
drive cable disassembly, inspection, and reassembly.
2. Thoroughly grease the entire length of the drive cable with about
5 g (0.2 oz) of grease.

7. CARBURETOR ADJUSTMENT
A tachometer is required to adjust the idle speed.
1. Start the engine outdoors, and allow it to warm up to normal
operating temperature.
2. Adjust the idle speed by turning the throttle stop screw right or left.
Standard idle speed
2.4 ~ 4.0 mm x 20.32 cm
(0.095 ~ 0.155 in x 8 in)
