THROTTLE TRIGGER SPRING/THROTTLE TRIGGER INSTALLATION
The illustration may vary according to the type; however,
the throttle trigger spring/throttle trigger installation sequence
is the same. See P. 11-7.
HHT25S LOOP HANDLE/THROTTLE TRIGGER
GRIP INSTALLATION
Adjust the handle position shown in step 2 and the throttle trigger
grip position shown in step 4 with the frame pipe assembly removed
from the engine.
1. Install the loop handle on the frame pipe.
2. Set the loop handle at a point 510 mm (20.1 in) from the end of
the engine side frame pipe as shown.
3. Install the hanger holder.
4. Install the throttle trigger grips so that the distance between the
end of the engine side frame pipe and the respective throttle
trigger grip is 67.5 mm (2.7 in) as shown, and tighten the two
5 x 20 mm screws.
TORQUE: 3 N•m (26 in-lb)
5. Adjust the loop handle so that it makes a right angle with the
frame pipe center line as viewed from the gear case.
6. After adjustment tighten the three 5 x 30 mm pan head screws
to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 3 N•m (26 in-lb)
HHT25S HANGER HOLDER INSTALLATION
Position the hanger holder at the location shown, and then tighten
the 5 x 20 mm pan head screw to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 3 N•m (26 in-lb)
