FRAME ASSEMBLY / HANDLEBAR
IGNITION SWITCH/THROTTLE CABLE
INSTALLATION
1. Install the ignition switch on the L. throttle trigger grip as shown,
and set the ignition switch wire in the groove and between the
pin and grip case.
2. Route and connect the throttle cable as shown.
HANDLEBAR HOLDERS B AND C
INSTALLATION
1. Install handlebar holders B and C on the frame pipe. Hand
tighten the two 5 x 25 mm bolt/washers.
2. Set the handlebar on handlebar holder B, and then install
handlebar holder A. Hand tighten the four 5 x 25 mm bolt/
washers.
3. Move handlebar holders B and C until the distance between the
frame pipe end (engine end) and the center of handlebar holder
B is 460 mm (18.1 in).
Adjust the distance with the engine assembly removed.
