7. Unhook the starter rope from the cutout of the starter reel.
8. Pass the starter rope end through the starter case and pull it
outwards.
9. Pass the starter rope through the starter handle. Tie the rope
so that it can be untied easily by pulling it as shown.
10. Secure the starter reel with the set screw.
Be sure to align the groove of the swing arm collar with the
swing arm.
11. Pull the recoil starter handle several times to make sure the
swing arm operates properly.
