1. HHT25S REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

The engine and muffler become very hot during operation and they remain
hot for a while after operation. Be sure that the engine is cold before
muffler removal/installation.

2. HHT35S REMOVAL/INSTALLATION . . . . . .
• Use a plastic hammer to loosen carbon
deposits from the muffler, and then
remove carbon deposits from the
muffler.
• Do not tap the muffler deal flange to
avoid damaging this part. If the seal
flange is dented or damaged, replace
the muffler.
• Check the cylinder exhaust port for
damage and install the muffler.
