GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The pasta cooker (referred to below as the appli-
ance) is designed and constructed to cook pasta for
human consumption in water, in the professional ca-
tering sector.
Main Parts
A)Cooking well: in stainless steel.
B)Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of wa-
ter.
C)Water control knob: for regulating the water
flow.
D)Heating element control knob: for setting the
heating power.
E)Heating element pilot light: indicates that the
heating elements have switched on after the well
has filled.
F) Thermostat light: indicates that safety thermo-
stats have been tripped (only for version
0G1CP1EC).
G)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is re-
ceiving electrical power.
H)Door: for accessing the inside of the appliance
L) Height adjustable feet: to allow perfect levelling
of the appliance.
