TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The bratt pan, referred to from now on as the
appliance, is designed and constructed for pre-
paring and cooking foods in the professional
catering sector (for example: in restaurants'
kitchens, canteens, hospitals, and in business
activities such as bakeries, butcher's shops,
