TECHNICAL INFORMATION

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
The indirect heated boiling pan, referred to from now
on as the appliance, is designed and constructed for
preparing and cooking foods in the professional ca-
tering sector.
Main Parts
A)Pan lid.
B)Fume exhaust vent (Type A): for removal of the
fumes generated by the burner.
C)Hot and cold water taps: regulate the water flow.
D)Burner control knob: controls the supply of gas to
the burner.
E)Piezoelectric ignition: lights the burner.
F) Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water.
G)Drain tap: drains the water from the pan.
H)Height adjustable feet: to allow perfect levelling of
the appliance.
I) Door: for access to the inside of the appliance.
J) Jacket filler cap.
K)Water level tap: for checking the water level inside the
jacket.
L) Pressure control valve: controls the pressure inside
the jacket.
M)Pressure gauge: provides a reading of the pressure
inside the jacket (~ 0,5 bar).
