The cooking plate, referred to from now on as the
appliance, is designed and produced for cooking fo-
ods in direct contact with the plate in the professio-
nal catering sector.
Main Parts
A)Cooking plate: in stainless steel
B)Fume exhaust vent (type A): evacuates the
heat generated by the heating elements
C)Control panel: controls the appliance's opera-
ting functions.
D)Drip tray: collects the cooking residues
E)Drain plug: for draining cooking residues into the
drip tray
