Lighting
1 - Turn on the appliance's circuit breaker to con-
nect it to the electrical mains.
The mains light (M) comes on.
2 - Press the (A) key to set the appliance in "stand-
by" mode.
The mains light (M) goes out.
The heating element light (L) comes on and the
display (E) shows the screen shown here.
3 - Press the key (A) to switch on the appliance
and start the cooking cycle.
The cooking temperature set will appear in red
on the display (E).
Turning off
1 - Keep the key (A) pressed for about 6 seconds
to stop the cooking cycle and switch the ap-
pliance off.
The mains light (M) comes on.
2 - Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to di-
sconnect it from the electrical mains.
STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING CYCLE
Starting
Important
The appliance performs an
preheating cycle, after which the tempera-
ture is maintained.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Switch on the appliance (see page 9).
2 - Press the key (D) to select heating element mi-
nimum, medium or maximum power.
– Press the key (just once) to switch on the inner
heating element (see attached wiring diagrams).
The heating element light (L1) comes on.
– Press the key (twice) to switch on the middle and
outer heating elements together (see attached
wiring diagrams). The heating element lights (L1-
L2) come on.
