Accessing the SIParator Software Web Interface from the Dialogic
To access the SIParator Software Web Interface from the Diva SIPcontrol web interface, follow these steps:
1. Click Ingate Firewall configuration on the main Diva configuration page:
2. If prompted for logon information, enter your administrator username and password or the RADIUS username
and password. The default administrator is admin, and the password is the password specified during
installation.
Note: If you have a web connection for the SIParator web interface that is inactive for more than 10 minutes,
and you have made changes to the configuration, you must enter the password again and click Keep changes
below or Abandon changes below. If changes have not been made, you must re-enter the password and
click Log in.

About Dialogic
Diva
• A restart of Diva SIPcontrol is recommended if you change the IP address or the port on which Diva SIPcontrol
is listening. If you do not restart, Diva SIPcontrol will continue listening on the previously configured port and
IP address.
Note: The restart will terminate active connections.
• All names for specific configuration elements are limited to 32 alphanumeric characters and must not be
repeated, that is, you cannot assign the same name for two SIP peers.
• The configuration session times out after 30 minutes of inactivity and a new login is required to access the
session again. If the new login screen appears when you try to save the configuration, login again and click
the Back button of the browser. The configuration session opens with the settings before the time out and
you can save the configuration.
• To use TLS for SIP calls, upload the certificates as described in the Dialogic
Reference Guide and enable the TLS port as described under Network Interfaces.
• To open the online help for a specific parameter, click the parameter and a window with the help text will pop up.
• Click Logout at the top right the configuration page to log out.

Accessing the Dialogic
To access the Diva SIPcontrol web interface directly from a browser, follow these steps:
1. Open an internet browser on the computer where Diva SIPcontrol is installed.
2. Enter https://BorderNet-eth0-IP>:1006.
3. Log in using the password for the Diva SIPcontrol web interface. The password is the password specified
during installation. The default password is Dialogic.
The main Diva SIPcontrol web interface page appears.
