Setting Up Access Control

Setting up access control for the BorderNet 500 Gateway involves setting up access to the SIParator
administration interfaces. The SIParator can be configured via the web (http and https), ssh, or the serial cable
(using the Command Line Interface). For more information, see the Dialogic
Reference Guide.
To set up access control, follow these steps:
1. Click Basic Configuration on the main menu of the SIParator web interface.
The Basic Configuration page appears.
2. Click Access Control on the Basic Configuration page:
The access control options appear.
3. In the Configuration via HTTP field, select the IP address of the gateway that you will enter into your browser
for the purpose of configuring the gateway. Only one IP address is allowed, so verify that the selection defines
the interface from which you will create the configuration. (This step assumes you are configuring via the
web.)
