Procedure for Configuring a Dial Plan

To configure a dial plan, follow these steps:
1. Click SIP Traffic on the main menu of the SIParator web interface.
The SIP Traffic page appears.
2. Click Dial Plan on the SIP Traffic page:
3. In the Matching From Header section, enter the configurations for matching the From headers of incoming
SIP calls. For example:
In this example, the Username option * and the regular expression rule (.*)@(.*) are used as catch-alls,
because they match any call. The From headers in the sample calls described earlier match these routing
rules as follows:
• The SIP --> PSTN call described in
because the domain in the call (Dark Knight" <sip:3000@10.10.11.191) includes the domain in the
rule (10.10.11.191).
• The PSTN --> SIP call described in
rule, because the regular expression rule, (.*)@(.*), matches any call.
