In the SIP --> PSTN running example, the From header matched the Buff_from_GS44 rule, and the Request-URI
matched the Buff_to_SIPc rule. This results in the call being forwarded to the entry in the Forward To table
labeled SIPc. In this case, SIPc points to the Diva SIPcontrol software component, which has the same IP address
as the SIParator, but a different port: 9803. Diva SIPcontrol will now take over and route the call based on its
routing rules.
In the PSTN --> SIP example, the From header matched the Buff_from_SIPc rule, and the Request-URI matched
the Buff_fSIPc_tL45 rule. This results in the call being forwarded to the entry in the Forward To table labeled
Grandstream44, which directs the call to an IP phone.
