10. REMOVE THE PLASTIC
PROTECTION CAP FROM THE
HEATING MODULE
We recommend to turn off the power
of the device (turn off the Ignition key
, ).

While holding the Heating module
take out the Split pin positioned on

the top of the inner part of the Lid
Lower the Heating module to get
access to the place dedicated to the
Laser Protective Glass .

Remove the Plastic Protection Cap
of the Laser Protective Glass module
and save it (we recommend keeping
the Plastic Protection Cap in the
Flightcase).
Now you can install the Laser Protective Glass
B. INSTALLING THE LASER PROTECTIVE GLASS
1. REMOVE THE LASER
PROTECTIVE GLASS FROM
THE „STARTUP BOX" AND
CLEAN IT
Don't throw out the STARTUP BOX. Put
it in Flightcase.
Rub the surface of glass carefully with
a cotton cloth soaked with 2% salicylic
spirit (ethanol solution) or any other
ethanol-based solution. Do not use
isopropyl alcohol! Pay attention to any
fibres left on the surface. Clean both
sides.
Remember to wipe the
Protective Glass with a dry piece of
cloth afterwards.
