1. After pressing the SINTERIT ATEX VACUUM CLEANER
button the cleaning process of the printer will start.
2. Check that the way of the Recoater is not obstructed and
press the DONE button.
3. The Print Bed will be lowered and the Recoater will set up
between the Beds.

4. During the positioning process, you can prepare the necessary devices: PHS or ATEX Vacuum Cleaner with Powder
Separator.
5. Prepare the devices according to their instructions (We recommend to read the full user manuals available with your
Sinterit device or at www.sinterit.com/support-page).
6. Place an Antistatic hose with a suitable nozzle (either ATEX
Vacuum Cleaner, Powder Separator or PHS) in the Print
chamber and clean all components, especially the Print
Bed and Feed Bed.
Keep the nozzle just above the powder surface.
7. After cleaning, continue by pressing the DONE button.
Cleaning with PHS:
Use the Sinterit PHS and remove all powder
from the Print Chamber.
