1. To start it press: CONTROL PANEL//MORE OPTIONS//
MATERIAL CHANGE.
2. A message will appear: „HAVE YOU CLEANED THE PRINTER
AFTER LAST USE?"
• If the powder is in the printer and you press „NO, THE
POWDER IS STILL INSIDE" button the printer will go to
"CLEAN PRINTER" and guide you through the process of
cleaning the machine.
• If there is no powder in the printer, press the „YES" to go
further.
3. The procedure is needed when you change the powder
from a lower melting point to a higher one.
4. After pressing the NEXT button, the BEDs and Recoater
homing process will start. Make sure that the way of the
Recoater is not obstructed and click the DONE button.
5. Homing will end when BEDs are in the highest position and
Recoater is between the BEDs.
6. Clean the Print Chamber and all the components inside
thoroughly. We suggest using Sinterit ATEX Vacuum
Cleaner with a PVC brush or compressed air (be careful
that the powder does not rise into the air).
After cleaning everything, press the DONE button.

HIGHER temperature than material used for
previous print. You must perform material
change procedure.
