Typically, a suitable line filter for the entire control cabinet is used for suppressing conducted high-fre- quency interference. For separate interference suppression of the JM-3000 system, an optimized line filter by Jetter AG must be connected to connector X8 (Line IN) of the supply unit. For dimensioning, the supply current on the one hand and the sum of the motor cable lengths on the other are decisive.

JetMove 3000 Supply Unit Installation NOTICE DAMAGE TO THE DEVICE DUE TO INCORRECT OPERATION OPERATION AT 400/480 V SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS NOT ALLOWED In the event of a ground fault, the voltage is as twice as high. Clearances and creepage distances according to EN 61800-5-1 are no longer maintained.
JetMove 3000 Supply Unit Installation Brake chopper connection In generator operation, e.g. when the drive is braking, the motor feeds energy back into the servo amplifi- er. This increases the voltage in the DC link. If the voltage exceeds a threshold value, the internal braking transistor in the supply unit is switched on and the regenerative energy is converted into heat by means of a brake resistor.
