( ) Connect one end of a 3"
red wire to ter-
minal pin
F
on the mixer-bandpass circuit
board (8-3). Leave the other end free; it
will be connected later.
( ) Shield of the 2-wire shielded cable to lug 7
of tube socket V7 (8-2). Be sure the shield of
this cable does not touch any other connection
and that the shield, solder lug,
and
tube
socket pin are all soldered.
( ) Connect
a
3" orange wire from lug 2 of ter-
minal board
#2
(8-2) to Kon the mixer-band-
pass circuit board (NS). Use the hole in the
bottom of lug
2
on
the terminal board.
Connect the wires from B0#3 as follows:
( ) Connect a 2-1/2" orange wire between lugs
3 (8-1) and 12 (S-1). Use the holes in the
bottom
of
each lug.
( ) Connect
a
4-1/2" orange wire from lug
2
of
terminal board #2 (NS) to F on the mixer-
bandpass circuit board (NS). Use the hole in
the bottom of the lug
on
the terminal board.
( ) Gray to lug 30 (8-1).
( ) White-gray to lug 15 (8-1).
( ) Both orange to lug 13 (8-2).
( ) White to lug 11 (S-I).
Connect the following wires to terminal board #2.
Connect the wires from B0#4 to terminal board
#2 as follows; use the bottom hole of each lug:
( ) White-brown to lug 5 of tube socketV8 (N8).
( ) Green and white-green to lug 19 (8-2).
( ) Orange to lug 14 (N8).
( ) Gray to lug 13 (8-1).
( ) White-violet to lug 3 of terminal strip

( ) White to lug 24 (8-1).
Connect the wires from B0#4 as follows:
Connect the wires at the end of the cable assem-
bly to terminal board #1 as follows; use the
hole at the bottom of each lug:
The remaining wires will be connected later.
( ) White to lug 1 of control V (8-1) •.
( ) Route the long red wire through the opening
in the front apron
as
shown.
( ) White-green through lug 2 of control V (8-2)
to lug 30 of terminal board#1 (8-1). Use the
hole in the bottom of the lug.
( ) Orange to the bottom of the terminal pin
at
B+
(8-1).
NOTE: Remove an extra 1/2" of insulationfrom
the end of the wire in the following step.
( ) White-brown and long brown to the bottom
of the terminal pin
at
FIL (8-2).
Connect the wires from B0#2 as follows:
( ) Red wire of the 2- wire shielded cable to lug
2 of fuseholder

(8-1). The black wire will
be connected later. Position the wires from,
the cable assembly under terminal board #1.
( ) Green and white-green to TONE OSC (8-2).
( ) Gray to the bottom of the terminal pin at
AUD (8-1).
( ) White-orange to RL (8-1).
