) Install a strip of tape around the lower in-
side edge of the coil enclosure. Use the tape
supplied with the kit.
(
Refer to Detail 5-6E for the following steps.
( ) Tie the dial cord to the dial cord spring
so the knot is just inside the opening in the
top dial pulley. Hook the other end of the
spring to the tab at 1.
( ) String the pulley assemblies, following the
numbered sequence. Be sure the string is
wrapped around the lower pulley assembly
tab at number 5 of the stringing sequence.
ONE COMPLETE
LOOP
) Tie a loop in one end of the dial cord string
and place this loop over the tab of the top
dial pulley assembly.
( ) Refer to Detail 5-60, and rotate the two
dial pulley assemblies
90
degrees as shown.
Capacitor TC should be 1/2 open.
