chassis
on edge. With the
Receiver
connected
to the Transmitter,
place an
RF probe
on the center pin
of
the BFO jack on
the rear
apron
of
the Transmitter.
With the
Receiver
turned on (the Transmitter
need not be
on for this adjustment),
adjust the Receiver
BFO
output Coil (L20) until a maximum
is obtained
(approximately
5 volts). This coil in the Receiver
is now properly
set for transceiver
operation and
will not need further
adjustment.
