About the battery of your Seeker X

The Seeker X uses Lithium-Ion batteries. The batteries are not charged during manufacture and
should be fully charged prior to using the first time for best results.
Lithium-Ion batteries operate differently than Nickel-Cadmium batteries. They should be
charged daily, and should not be deeply discharged as this could damage the battery. There is
no memory effect and concerns about charging too soon or with little use are unwarranted.

USB charging

You can charge the Seeker X outside of the Mobile Mount using the following charging
methods:
Connecting the Mini-USB cable and charger from an AC power source to the Seeker
y

Connecting the Mini-USB vehicle cable and charger from the vehicle power jack
y
