Assembling the Manifold Valve
1.
Check the condition of the outlet fitting O-rings
(section-valve manifold only), end cap
O-rings, back seating O-rings, and ball seat for
damage or wear

Apply grease to the valve stem and insert it into
the valve-stem seat

Install the valve stem and seat it into the
manifold and secure the stem and seat with the
stem retainer

Ensure that the back seating O-ring and the ball
seat are aligned and seated into the end-cap

Install the end-cap-fitting assembly onto the
manifold body until the flange of the end-cap
fitting touches the manifold body, then turn the
end-cap fitting an additional 1/8 to 1/4 turn
