8.4 Problems with battery operation / power failure / display
The display is deactivated in the event of a power failure – power-saving mode. In this case, the diode display is used for orientation.
Remedy
Check mains voltage and set up
again if necessary
Deactivate the battery, check con-
trol cable for correct connection
and check throughput.
replace motor if necessary.

Remove the mains plug, dis-
connect the battery, open the Stau-
fix cover, eliminate the blockage
and return to operation
Close the emergency valve. After
the end of backwater, remove the
blockage as described

Notes
The system is functional for 2
hours. Then the device switches to
sleep mode (see chapter 9.3 Addi-
tional functions)
Fault detection only takes place on
the company premises
The probe is scanned every 60 se-
conds.
Caution: Check position of the ope-
rating valve! The control attempts to
close the flap 3 x in the interval and
perhaps eliminate the blocking ob-
ject in the process. If the object can
be removed by the flap movement
during these cycles, the system is
ready to be used again. If this does
not work, the system switches to
fault. Acknowledgement of the sig-
nal is possible. It is also possible to
remove the object by flushing the
line. This can be checked by pres-
sing the test key again. In the event
of a negative result, the fault mes-
sage appears again; the object must
be removed as described under re-
medial measures.
