Possible cause
The actual voltage detected
by P2 is larger than the
alarm alarm pressure set by
P18.18.
The actual temperature
detected by PT2 is higher
alarm than the alarm temperature
set by P18.20.
Any part whose running
time exceeds the set value
will enter overtime
maintenance stage, and
hereafter, if the running time
alarm
exceeds the time set by
P18.45 again, maintenance
timeout alarm will be
reported.
Fault information and troubleshooting
dissipate heat effectively.

Pressure detection sensor is
abnormal.
•
The voltage is set to a too high
value.
•
Adjust pressure PID regulator.
•
Temperature detection sensor
is abnormal.
•
Temperature detection input
circuit is abnormal, if not
calibrated.
•
The starting temperature of
the fan is set to a too high
value.
•
The temperature of the fan is
set to a too high value.
•
The fan power is too small to
dissipate heat effectively.
Carry out maintenance on the
timeout parts after stop.
