Put the chassis and heat exchanger assembly
on a workbench with supporting blocks (i.e.
wooden) as shown in the above figure. The
height of the blocks should be 50 mm minimum
in order to prevent the ignition transformer.

Now it is possible to disassemble the boiler
hanging connection plate and then the boiler
chassis.

After these steps, the heat exchanger has now
completely been disassembled.

The three bolts holding the heat exchanger
connection plate tight should be unscrewed
thus, care the gap between the workbench
and the chassis also with the wooden block in
order not to prevent easy operation for
human hand and any hand tool.
Be careful that, when detaching the chassis
from the heat exchanger, the rubber pipe
connecting the exchanger and the syphon
should be taken out from between the horns
of the holder plate.
This is the only status for being able to
intervene the thermal fuse. Finishing the
related operations, the reassembling process
should be followed in the same backwards
order.
