Lastly, the side panels should be levitated for nearly a centimeter to be able to set the connection nails
free. Thus, three sideways will be free for operation and/or adjusting inner components.

Disassembling The Heat Exchanger for aiM 85, 115, 150 M/S
Boilers and Expert Level Issues
The below instructions will guide you through the steps when the thermal fuse has switched off or in any
case of detailed maintenance or repair is needed. The instructions are given for aiM models with Sermeta
DUO range heat exchanger (aiM 85-115-150 M/S). As aforementioned, the thermal fuse is located at the
backside of DUO range heat exchangers.
The natural maintenance, assembling and disassembling position is horizontally backwards with the back
side on the floor.
Disassembling the front and side panels,
Unplugging the needed cabling (sockets, terminal connections etc.)
Unmounting the gas connection and the syphon connection inside the boiler,
Disassembling the top and bottom panels of the boiler,
Detaching the fan + venturi + gas valve subassembly from the heat exchanger
steps must all be done in the so called natural horizontal position.
