Building time constant

which is 1 hour before. The factory setting is 15.
This parameter is the reference outside temperature value that has been recorded into the
memory. The building time constant decides how many time ago to refer to. For example setting to
1 means to be using the 1 hour previous outside temperature value (please do not mix
3 does not mean 3 hours ago !. The value is a transformed variable.) In periods of seasonal changes,
setting to a high value may push the system to confuse the real temperature because of the
diference between night and day. Never set this value to zero (0) !
