4.4.1. Electronic Controller (LMS 14) Safeguard Box
The electronic controller of aiM boilers are located inside a specially designed safeguard box which is
located at the bottom of the boiler. For aiM 65 M/S models it is located leftwards and for aiM 85-115-150
M/S models, rightwards with reference to front view of the boiler.
By detaching the front control panel turning around the side pivots, you are able to
make the external cabling connections without needing any intervention to the
mainboard. The RINNAI service personnel is authorised for opening or demounting the
safeguard box in case of any need. The safeguard box is a Registered Utility Model
with precedence and patent number PT2014-15559.
4.4.2. Accessing The Menus
The user should be at the main screen level in order to access menus. To ensure main screen,
displayed on the screen. There are 4 user levels at LMS 14 boiler control panel.
1. Enduser Used by endusers while system operation / plant management.
2. Commissioning Used by Rinnai authorised service technicians.
3. Heating engineer
comissioning.
4. OEM Password authorisation is needed to enter this level. Only for use in RINNAI facilities.
