Set up an OnSIP Account

This section describes how a resident sets up an OnSIP account.
3.6.1 Change the password
When the administrator adds an OnSIP account to a resident, OnSIP sends an
email to the resident.
The link directs the resident to the OnSIP site where the resident can reset her
password.

In the list of residents, select the Grid Edit checkbox at the top of the
window.
Click a resident's name.
Edit the field, then use the Tab key to move to the next field.
When you are finished editing, unselect Grid Edit at the top of the
window.
