When IPS /IPS
IP network, the Main Site system controls and maintains the operation of Remote Sites as one single sys-
tem. If a communication failure occurs between the Main Site and Remote Site, the Remote Site automat-
ically changes over to a survival mode and operates as a stand-alone system.
