CONNECT TANK TO FILL STATION

1. Connect tank one to fill side one of the fill station with 1" hose. Secure with the supplied hose clamps.

2. Connect tank two to fill side two of the fill station with 1" hose. Secure with the supplied hose clamps.

1. Connect the chemical port on top of the fill station to the pump with 1" hose. Secure with the supplied hose

clamps.

1. Connect the 3/4" hose to the rinse port of the rinse 3-way valve located under the rinse tank. Secure with the

supplied hose clamps.

2. Route the hose to the rear of the machine and connect the rinse port of the pump plumbing. Secure with the

supplied hose clamps and zip ties.

1. Connect the pump recirculation outputs to tank one and two recirculation ports with 1/2" hose. Secure with the

supplied hose clamps.

1. Connect the pump output to the injection point on the mixer with 1/2" hose. Secure with the supplied hose

clamps.

1. Connect a 1" hose to the overflow ports on the top of the tank. Secure with the supplied hose clamps.

2. Route the hose down the side of the cage. Secure the hose to the cage using the supplied zip ties.

NOTE:

Refer to Figure 5 on page 50 for a plumbing schematic for two tanks with two pumps.
