INSPECTION TO PERFORM
Check fuel, engine oil and coolant levels
Check brake fluid level.
Check for any leaks under vehicle
Activate throttle lever several times to ensure it operates
freely. It must return to idle position when released
Apply parking brake and check if it operates properly
Check tire pressure and condition.
– Front: MIN 34.5 kPa (5 PSI), LOADED 41.4 kPa (6 PSI)
– Rear: MIN 34.5 kPa (5 PSI), LOADED 41.4 kPa (6 PSI)
Check wheels for damage and for abnormal play. Check
that lug nuts and beadlock bolts are tightened.
Check cleanliness of the radiator
Check drive shaft boots and protectors condition
Check if operator seat is in place and properly latched
If you transport a cargo, respect the load capacity.
Ensure cargo is properly secured to the rack
If you are pulling a trailer or another equipment:
– Check hitch (if applicable) and trailer ball condition
– Respect the tongue capacity (if applicable) and towing
capacity
– Ensure trailer is properly secured to hitch (if applicable).
Check underneath vehicle for any debris on chassis or
suspension and clean them properly
Inspect and clean engine air filter
Inspect and clean CVT air filter
