1. Engine coolant reservoir
NOTE: When checking level at tem-
perature lower than 20°C (68°F), it may
be slightly lower than MIN. mark.
6. Add coolant up to MAX. mark if re-
quired.
WARNING
Do not remove the coolant reser-
voir cap if engine is hot.
7. Use a funnel to avoid spillage. Do
not overfill.
8. Properly reinstall and tighten reser-
voir cap.
WARNING
In order to avoid potential burns,
do not remove the radiator cap if
the engine is hot.
NOTE: A cooling system that fre-
quently requires coolant is the indica-
tion of leaks or engine problems. See
an authorized Can-Am dealer.
9. Install console as the reverse of re-
moval. However, pay attention to
the following.
10. Align and insert studs with grom-
mets on rear portion of console un-
til studs engage with grommets.

11. Reinstall the seat.
Recommended Engine Coolant
Always use ethylene-glycol antifreeze
containing corrosion inhibitors specifi-
cally for internal combustion aluminum
engines.
Cooling system must be filled with
LONG LIFE ANTIFREEZE (P/N 219
702 685) or with distilled water and an-
tifreeze solution (50% distilled water,
50% antifreeze).

Remove the console. Refer to
GINE COOLANT LEVEL VERIFICA-
TION
.
Remove the coolant reservoir cap.
Warning:
coolant reservoir cap if engine is
hot.
