Note: Assign The Analog telephone number of the SBX IP 320 system to Modem-associated
device before you attempt MODEM connection. You can program the analog line to
modem-associated device in PGM 170.
Note: The transferring baud rate in the PC and the baud rate of the Modem port (COM Port 3)
in the SBX IP 320 system must be identical. You can program the SBX IP 320 system baud rate
in PGM174. Using 9600 bps is recommended. 2400bps is available but slow. 19200bps is also
available but somewhat unstable.

If you select a MODEM configuration, the next step is to set the following.
Dial No. -- Analog telephone number of the destination SBX IP 320 system (see Note).
Admin Password -- If the SBX IP 320 requires a password to update MBU S/W.
Range -- The range of DB, which you want to upload/download (such as All DB, LCR
only, SPD only).
Database File -- The database file to be uploaded/downloaded.
Valid -- It displays the validity of the range of DB, and pushing the "Check" button can
check the validity.
Check Button -- Check this button if you want to reset the SBX IP 320 system after
uploading DB successfully. It is strongly recommended that after you upload any type of
DB, that you reset the SBX IP 320 system.
