5.1.1 Z Reset to default configuration

The settings that are not stored in a profile (refer to &W) will be reset to their factory defaults
(refer to &F). The implementation is according to GSM 07.07 section 5.7.

+CRLP, +CR, +CRC, +CSNS, +CREG, +COPS (only <format>), +CLIP, +CLIR, +COLP,
+CCWA (only <n>), +CUSD (only <n>), +CSSN, +CMER, +CPBS, +CMEE, +CSMS,
+CPMS, +CMGF, +CSCA, +CSMP, +CSDH, +CSCB, +CNMI.
