Turntable rotation
Press the pedal (4, Fig.4.1-4) WITH THE RIGHT
FOOT; the wheel-holder fl ange rotates clockwise as
follows.

speed:
About 3/4 of the way down, the turntable rotates at the
minimum speed (about 7 rpm).
nd

speed:
All the way down, the turntable rotates at maximum
speed (about 14 rpm).
If the pedal is raised the turntable rotates anticlockwise.
Tool holder arm
To prevent collisions with the wheel or the turntable, the
tool must be placed in the fully raised position, unless
already adjusted as so.
BRING THE TOOL INTO THE FULLY RAISED
POSITION TO PREVENT ANY COLLISION WITH THE
WHEEL OR THE TURNTABLE
Press all the way down with the LEFT foot, then release
the pedal (2, Fig.4.1-4); the tool holder arm rotates,
from the standby position, inwards. Press and release
again; the tool holder arm will rotate outwards.

Bead breaker
To activate ascent and the descent of both bead
breaker arms act on the manual control (3, 4, Fig.4.1-
5):

- Control (3) up; the upper bead breaker ascends.
- Control (3) down; the upper bead breaker descends.
- Control (4) up; the lower bead breaker ascends.
- Control (4) down; the lower bead breaker descends.

Note:
When released each control lever returns
to the rest position and the relative
machine movement stops.

The controls (1 and 2, Fig.4.1-5) vary the working
angle of the bead breaking discs, in order to facilitate
the penetration in the bead seat.
- Control (1) down; the upper disc tilts.
