1 - Conduit required for use with external wiring
2 - 24 VDC from UL Listed fire control panel wiring or UL Listed power supply wiring
3 - Battery wires (red and black)
4 - 12 V, 7-18 Ah sealed lead-acid rechargeable battery (D126/D1218)
5 - B465ground wire connection
Notice!
24 VDC primary power source is polarity sensitive.
If you reverse the polarity for the 24 VDC primary power source, the B465 runs, but shows a
primary power failure.
Self diagnostics at power up and reset
The B465 completes self-diagnostic tests of hardware, software, and configuration at power
up and at reset. The tests complete in 10 to 30 seconds. If the B465 fails a test, a System
Trouble occurs. Trouble LED's turn on or outputs activate depending on configuration.
