Caution
Never disconnect the battery if the ignition is switched on or if the engine
is running. This could damage the electrical system or electronic compo-
nents.
Never plug in accessories that supply current, such as solar panels or a
battery charger, to the 12-volt sockets or the cigarette lighter. This could
damage the vehicle's electrical system.
For the sake of the environment
Dispose of the battery in an environment-friendly manner. Batteries
contain toxic substances such as sulphuric acid and lead.
Battery acid can contaminate the environment. Collect any spilt service
fluids and dispose of them correctly.
