Setting System Information

This page allows you to select the name of your Codec Unit. The name is displayed on the monitors
participating in the videoconference call (for example: Hong Kong, or 9th Floor Conf Rm, or NY
Office). You can also configure the fields required for setting up calls.
Procedure
Step 1
Use the Remote Control Unit keypad to type the system name. Spaces used in the name will be
automatically converted to "-".
Step 2
Use the down arrow key to scroll to the Number H.323 field. Press
number required to dial the Codec Unit.
Step 3
Use the down arrow key to navigate to the Gatekeeper fields. Enter the gatekeeper information
used by the device. Consult your network administrator for more information.

Defining IP Settings

This page allows you to setup the GLAN port fields and the IP address the system uses for placing
a call.
Consult with your network administrator to configure these fields.
