Managing the Audio

You can change the volume of calls, call ringing, and the volume of the microphone pod.

Adjusting the System Volume

When in a meeting, press
your site.
To change the default speaker volume, perform the procedure in this section.
If you control your SCOPIA XT1000 remotely using the web interface, you can adjust the system
volume remotely by accessing the web interface and navigating to Settings > User Settings >
Call-Answer mode.
Procedure

Select Call-Answer Mode.

Use the down arrow key to scroll to the Volume setting.

Press OK.

Use the left and right arrow keys to move the slider until the requested value appears on the
screen.

Adjusting the Ringing Volume

When not in a meeting, you can set the ringing tone of the incoming call to a comfortable hearing
level.
