Set a weekly interval, "CFG_DL_WEEKLY_INTERVAL".
If "CFG_DL_WEEKLY_INTERVAL" is set to "0", refer to the "At a
specifieid time each day".

Set a day of week "CFG_DL_WEEKLY_DAY_OF_WEEK".

Set a time by specifying "CFG_RESYNC_TIME".

Set a time range (in minutes) during which connected units can
access the server by specifiying "CFG_RESYNC_DURATION".
